Market data shouldn't be
the hardest part of your project
We built Marilux after running into these walls ourselves.
"Real-time data costs more than my servers"
Professional feeds are priced for institutions
Real-time equities, tick data and options Greeks usually come with enterprise price tags.
"My backtest died halfway through"
Free sources break without warning
Rate limits change, endpoints vanish, and data has gaps you only notice later.
"I don't want to rewrite my data layer"
Switching providers means rewriting code
A new SDK, new field names, new pagination — weeks of migration work.

Transparent limits
Quotas, rates and errors are explicit, so your code can handle them properly.
Usage you can see
Every response carries X-Quota-Used and its reset time; the console shows daily and monthly usage.
Clear errors at the limit
Over-limit requests get a standard 429 with Retry-After — no silent throttling, no partial data.
Public status page
Upstream and cache health is published live, so you can check first when something looks off.
Try it first. Pay when you're happy.
Prices in USD. Renewals extend your current expiry, and your API key never changes.

Questions before
you sign up
Can't find your answer? The docs go deeper, or email [email protected].
Is the trial really free? Will I be charged when it ends?
Yes, it's free and no card is needed. Verify your email and a 3-day Advanced trial starts automatically. When it ends, access simply pauses — nothing is ever charged automatically.
I already use the Polygon API. How much code do I change?
One line: point the SDK's base URL at Marilux and use your Marilux API key. Endpoint paths and response formats are identical, so the rest of your code stays the same.
What can I access during the trial?
The trial is the Advanced plan: real-time data, trades and quotes, financials and WebSocket streaming, with a daily call quota. Options data and Flat Files aren't included in the trial.
How do I pay?
With crypto: USDT, USDC and other major coins on the network of your choice. Pick a plan in the console, pay on the checkout page, and your plan activates automatically once the payment is confirmed on-chain. Plans are prepaid and never renew automatically. Card payments aren't available yet.
Is Starter data delayed?
Yes. Starter data is delayed about 15 minutes and covers the last 5 years. For real-time data and 20+ years of history, choose Advanced.
Can I buy options data on its own?
Yes. The Options plan can be bought alone or added to a stocks plan. Both use the same API key and expire and renew independently.
Do I need to change anything when I move from the trial to a paid plan?
No. Your API key stays the same and the paid time is added to your account.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — your first purchase of a plan can be refunded in full within 7 days. See the refund policy for details.

Get a key, pull 20 years of daily bars and run your backtest. Three days is enough to test an idea end to end.
