Every account starts with a free 3-day Advanced trial, so you can test the data before paying. On top of that:
1. 7-day refund on your first purchase
If you're not satisfied, you can get a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase of a plan (Starter, Advanced or Options), no questions asked. Your plan is cancelled when the refund is issued.
2. Service problems
If the Service is unavailable because of a problem on our side for more than 24 hours in a row, we'll extend your plan by the affected time, or refund the unused portion if you prefer.
3. What isn't refundable
- Renewals and repeat purchases of a plan after the first 7-day window.
- Traffic packs that have been partly used.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for breaking the Terms of Service.
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from your account address with your order number and the wallet address and network you want the refund sent to. We process refunds within 5 business days, in the same stablecoin you paid with, for the dollar amount you paid, minus the network fee for sending it.
