By creating an account, buying a plan or using the Marilux website or API (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. "We" and "us" mean WY Studio LLC; "you" means the person or organization using the Service.
1. The Service
Marilux provides US stock, ETF and options market data through a REST API, WebSocket streaming and downloadable files. What each plan includes — data, history, quotas and rate limits — is described on the pricing page and in the documentation. We may improve or change features over time; we won't materially reduce a plan you've already paid for during its paid period.
2. Accounts and API keys
- You must give a valid email address and keep your password and API key confidential. You're responsible for all use of your key.
- One account per person or organization. Plans are for your own use: don't share, resell or publish your API key.
- Tell us promptly at [email protected] if your key leaks; we'll revoke and reissue it.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the data for your own research, analysis, backtesting, trading and internal applications. You may not:
- redistribute, resell, sublicense or publicly display the raw data, or offer it to others through your own API, feed or files;
- use the Service to build a competing market data service;
- circumvent quotas, rate limits or access controls, or use multiple accounts to do so;
- use the Service unlawfully, or in a way that harms the Service or other customers.
Charts, derived indicators and aggregated results that don't let others reconstruct the underlying data are fine to share. We may suspend keys that break these rules; for serious or repeated breaches we may terminate the account without refund.
4. Data and no investment advice
Market data comes from third-party sources and is provided "as is". It may contain errors, delays or gaps, and Starter data is delayed. The Service is not investment, financial or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their results.
5. Plans and payment
- Plans are prepaid for a fixed period (for example 30 or 365 days) and do not renew automatically. Buying again extends your current expiry.
- Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are made in crypto (such as USDT or USDC) through our checkout page, at the dollar amount shown there; you pay any network fees.
- A plan starts when your payment is confirmed. Underpayments may be credited pro rata or refunded at our option.
- Prices may change in the future; changes never affect time you've already paid for.

7. Availability
We work to keep the Service available, and publish live status at /en/status, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, upstream outages and events outside our control may cause interruptions. If an outage on our side prevents you from using a paid plan for more than 24 hours in a row, email us and we'll extend your plan by the affected time.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for trading losses or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
9. Termination
You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms. Sections 4, 8 and 10 survive termination.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with its date. For significant changes we'll email you at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
